I am an engineer focused on building great digital experiences. Currently I am mainly building products with React, CSS, NodeJS and AWS.

01. About me

Hello! My name is Matías and I love creating web applications. I have always had an interest in computers and my passion for web development started in 2020, after finishing university. Since then I have not stopped learning and developing projects.

To this day I have created multiple projects, from reverse engineering applications for practice to fully automated digital services. My main goal is to continue growing as a professional by developing modern and challenging applications.

Through Devsu I have collaborated mainly with Banco Pichincha EC, where I have faced an environment of constant change and adaptation. My role is a frontend developer, applying technologies such as React, GraphQL, Azure cloud, among others. I am proud to have faced multiple challenges obtaining excellent results, these include: the ambitious migration of the flagship project for customer onboarding and the development of the webapp for the Qatar 2022 global project; in both projects being the lead frontend developer.

  • Coordination and organization of the frontend team to meet the objectives of the sprint.

It covers multiple AWS services like AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Amazon DynamoDB, AWS CloudFormation, and more. Hands-on experience and AWS documentation are essential since it explores the details of implementing these services.
